An update from the Team at SIMLAB

We are pleased to confirm we are open for business as usual. Since reopening back in June 2020, there have been some changes in the way we have been operating within our building to ensure staff remain safe while at work. While we are only a small team, we have been closely following the social distancing guidance to ensure that we can keep offering customers the same speedy service we’re famous for.

Our reception is now open with reduced hours for collections and showroom visits. We will only be open for customer visits between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, so please collect your orders within this timeframe as reception will otherwise be locked. We are still available on the phone until 5.30pm Monday to Friday to assist customers and answer any queries.

To order your prints, simply click on this link to select your products and begin uploading your images. Standard prints ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday are still being dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, so we won't keep you waiting.

Rest assured that our excellent service has not stopped or faltered since our reopening. Our Trustpilot remains packed with heartfelt comments from our wonderful customers with more being added every day. While these are uncertain times across the photography industry, rest assured that we are here to help as much as possible and we remain on hand to answer any questions you may have.
