Fine art orders are printed edge to edge at the size you have selected at the checkout, so if a border is required these need to be added to your file beforehand.
We recommend adding canvas in photoshop or lightroom but ensuring your final file size including the border matches your print size as chosen online. If you need help on adding a border to your image, please visit our preparing your files page.
So your images print as expected please ensure:
• Your monitor or display is calibrated
• Images supplied in sRGB colour space
• Images sized at the ordered print size at 300dpi
• Include 5mm bleed/safe margin
• Saved in a .jpg format

All of our products require bleed, so its important to ensure there is sufficient bleed on all the images you upload. The bleed area is the 3-5mm around every edge that will be subject to trimming or movement during the print and finishing process.
We advise for the bleed area of your image to be excess background and do not advise key features such as heads or feet to be placed too close to the top, bottom or outside edges. This will also include any borders, keylines or text that you may add to your designs. For this reason, we do not advise adding borders less than 10mm wide to images before uploading.
Please be aware that this is an unavoidable part of the print process so its important to upload your files correctly as these cannot be checked or amended before printing.
For custom sized fine art prints, we can offer a bespoke trimming service if you need specific dimensions outside of our listed sizes. Simply upload your image, correctly sized to your desired print dimensions, and choose the next available larger size from our existing options.
Then include a note in your order comments at the checkout letting us know its a custom size print and specifying your final desired print size. You must specify the desired print size in your special instructions otherwise your image may not be printed correctly and would require to be reordered. Once your order has been dispatched with our trusted and reliable couriers, you will be able to track the parcel from dispatch through to delivery. If you are in UK mainland your parcel will be put on a next working day delivery service once production is complete.
